Adoptables?

Since my scanner decided to be unavailable for the moment, I started making pixel-art with MS Paint.
I like it, a lot.
Now my question is, should I try to make adoptables, and if so, what kind of creature, theme?
Should I attempt to sell 'mystery eggs' ans give out grown-up versions to the buyers afterwards or full-grown adoptables right away?
Also, what kind of prices would people pay for pixel-adoptables?
And while I am at it, what kind of prices for hand-drawn adoptables?
I might draw some up to set up for adoption immediatly once I can scan them.

I still want to whelp things. Characters, inanimate objects, simple colors, themes. A word or a single piece of reference is all I'll want. More details are nice too.
Anything you come up with, I'll try to make a dragon whelp out of for a price.
Prices: 50 points for a colored whelp, 35 points for uncolored.
Other types of payment like money or trades are also welcome, note me to discuss it.
